No, it's not. The wearing of a helmet is mandated by law for riders. You get 2 or 3 with your rental.

Phu Quoc is a safe and peaceful island, but anyway don't leave your motorbike on the street unattended at night, and don't forget the keys in the motorbike's lock

You are. You will get the information and resources required to maintain the motorbike's safety, but it is your responsibility to return whatever we give you, including motorbike and helmets.

Unfortunately, motorbike insurance does not work in Vietnam, as we are used to in other countries. In case of an accident, we can go together to the official service center of Yamaha, Honda or Vespa, depending on your bike, and there you can pay for the damage directly to the cashier according to the official rates.

No, we do not. If you lose the motorbike, you are 100% responsible for replacement.

Yes we do, to any location in Phu Quoc.

Most likely, you won't. But if you do, stop riding right once and get to the closest repair shop to have it fixed. The cost of the repair should be roughly 30 VND. Please give us a call if you require directions.

Nope. A motorbike is allowed and held to the same laws as a car or motorcycle in your country.
